Christening & Baptism Summer Promo

Eligible services

• Available to new Christening and Baptism bookings selecting an eligible Photography, Videography or Photo & Video Combo offer under this campaign.
• The event must take place on one of the eligible promotional dates listed in the Event-date rules and within the Sydney metropolitan area unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment in full must be received no later than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled event date for the promotional price to remain valid.
• The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and authorised to arrange photography and/or videography for the event.
• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per event booking. Each confirmed booking consumes one campaign claim, one offer claim and one eligible event date.
• Promotional availability is subject to the campaign’s overall capacity, the selected offer’s capacity and the continued availability of the requested event date.

Event-date rules

• This promotion applies only to the following eligible event dates:
• Saturdays & Sundays only between
• December 5th 2026 & February 28th 2027
• Only one promotional booking may be secured for each eligible event date. Dates remain subject to availability and are secured only after the required reservation deposit has been received.
• If a booking is moved to a date not listed above, the promotional pricing will no longer apply and the booking will be repriced at the applicable standard rate.

Terms and eligibility

• 1. The promotion opens at 12:00 am on 1 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm on 30 November 2026, or earlier if the allocated promotional claims are exhausted.
• 2. Promotional pricing applies only to the eligible event dates listed in this campaign between 5 December 2026 and 28 February 2027.
• 3. The available offers are:
• Christening / Baptism Photography — promotional value $1,120.
• Christening / Baptism Videography — promotional value $1,400.
• Christening / Baptism Photo & Video Combo — promotional value $2,560.
• 4. The selected offer and event date are not secured until the required reservation deposit has been received and the booking has been confirmed by Motley Media & Digital Productions.
• 5. The reservation deposit forms part of the total package price. The remaining balance is payable in accordance with the issued invoice and Photography and Videography Service Agreement.
• 6. Each offer includes up to eight hours of coverage. Coverage time includes travel between preparation, ceremony, location-session and reception venues on the event date.
• 7. No standard travel fee applies within the Sydney metropolitan area. Events outside this area, exceptional travel requirements, paid parking, tolls, permits or restricted-access costs may require an additional written quotation.
• 8. Only one promotional booking may be secured for each eligible event date. Availability shown before payment does not constitute a temporary hold unless expressly confirmed by Motley Media.
• 9. A request to move the booking to another eligible promotional date is subject to availability and written approval. If the booking is moved to a date that is not eligible under this campaign, promotional pricing will cease to apply and the booking will be repriced at the applicable standard rate.
• 10. The promotion cannot be combined with another discount, promotion, voucher or negotiated package price unless Motley Media agrees otherwise in writing.
• 11. Photography, videography and combination-package inclusions are limited to the inclusions published for the selected offer. Additional coverage, locations, personnel, products or deliverables require a separate quotation.
• 12. Aerial photography or filming is not guaranteed. It will only be undertaken where weather, location, venue permission, aviation requirements, safety considerations and operational conditions permit.
• 13. Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permission from churches, celebrants, venues and relevant participants for photography, videography and aerial operations.
• 14. Photography is scheduled for delivery through MotFlix within 14 days of the event. Videography is scheduled for delivery through MotFlix within 21 days of the event. A combination booking follows the applicable delivery period for each component.
• 15. Cancellation, rescheduling, payment, force majeure, equipment failure, image and footage usage, client cooperation and other service conditions are governed by the applicable Motley Media service agreement and published Terms and Conditions.
• 16. Nothing in these promotion terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
